By accessing or using any Harvey Point platform, product, service, or published material — including but not limited to Harvey Point Method™ (HPm), Harvey Point Analytics (HPa), research publications, interactive demonstrations, and associated digital infrastructure — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety.
If you are accessing Harvey Point services on behalf of an organization, government entity, research institution, or commercial enterprise, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Your continued use of any Harvey Point service constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these terms, which we reserve the right to modify at our discretion.
Harvey Point produces strategic analysis, geopolitical assessments, scenario modeling outputs, and interdisciplinary research for informational and educational purposes. All content — including scenario models, probability assessments, intelligence synthesis, decision frameworks, and strategic recommendations — constitutes professional analytical opinion derived from open-source information and proprietary methodological frameworks.
Harvey Point analysis does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, investment guidance, operational intelligence, or government-certified intelligence product. No analysis produced by Harvey Point should be the sole basis for any consequential decision, whether commercial, governmental, military, or personal in nature. Harvey Point expressly disclaims liability for decisions made in reliance on its analytical output without independent verification and professional consultation appropriate to the decision domain.

All research publications, analytical reports, scenario models, interactive demonstrations, visualization systems, and associated written or digital content produced by Harvey Point are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, derivative use, or commercial exploitation of Harvey Point content without express written authorization is prohibited.
Limited quotation for academic, journalistic, or commentary purposes is permitted provided attribution is clear, complete, and accurate. Harvey Point must be identified as the source in all cases. Contact Harvey Point directly for licensing, reproduction rights, or partnership arrangements.
Harvey Point platforms and content are provided for legitimate research, educational, policy analysis, and professional strategic intelligence purposes. Users may access, review, and reference Harvey Point analysis for non-commercial personal or organizational research purposes consistent with these terms.
Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: reverse engineering or systematic extraction of Harvey Point methodological frameworks; use of Harvey Point analytical outputs in the production of competing commercial intelligence products without license; automated scraping or bulk data extraction; misrepresentation of Harvey Point analysis as government-issued intelligence; and any use in connection with illegal activity or the violation of applicable sanctions regimes.
Harvey Point reserves the right to terminate access, without notice, for any use determined to be inconsistent with these terms or the integrity of Harvey Point's mission and reputation.
Harvey Point platforms and all associated content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Harvey Point does not warrant that its platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Harvey Point does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any analytical output.
Geopolitical analysis involves inherent uncertainty. Scenario models represent analytical judgment, not prediction. Harvey Point expressly disclaims any warranty that its assessments will prove accurate or that actions taken in reliance on its analysis will achieve intended outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harvey Point, its principals, researchers, analysts, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of or reliance on Harvey Point analysis, including but not limited to commercial losses, geopolitical miscalculations, or downstream harms attributable to decisions informed by Harvey Point content.
Harvey Point's total liability for any claim arising from use of its services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Harvey Point operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of Harvey Point services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Harvey Point reserves all rights not expressly granted in these terms. These terms, together with the Harvey Point Privacy Policy and Ethics Framework, constitute the entire agreement between Harvey Point and its users with respect to the subject matter herein.
